BRIDGE is a corporate program designed to encourage employees to volunteer in their communities. In addition, it provides a company sponsored pool of money for various community events.

An employee's volunteer time at any type of institution, agency or community service program (except a political party or campaign) count towards the program. The company will contribute to any activity that aligns with our values.

As leaders with CWS we encourage you to be the catalyst that motivates your team to break all the goals set by the Area Coaches and to break the bank in donations and volunteerism!
