About

Contributions
BRIDGE contributes $20 for each hour of community service that an employee completes up to a maximum of 12 hours ($240) within the BRIDGE year. Employees are highly encouraged to contribute more than the 12 hours.

Half ($120) of the earned contribution can be requested by the employee at anytime during the year for any organization they choose.

The remaining half of the contribution is pooled company wide with all of the other employee contributions. This pool is distributed at the end of the year by employee nominations.

Hours
Hours are earned and recorded in two ways:

Volunteer Hours – these are hours that an employee banks for volunteering on their own personal time. These are the hours that are counted towards the monetary contributions and company pool.

Corporate Giving – these are hours that are earned "on the clock" at a company sponsored event. These hours are logged but not awarded any monetary funds for contribution or the company pool.

Volunteer of the Quarter
Is chosen by their outstanding efforts and leadership for their volunteer efforts for a particular quarter. They are presented with a gift of appreciation and are recognized by a company wide email in addition to their name engraved on a plaque that is displayed at each of our corporate offices.

BRIDGE 12 Hour Certificates
Each employee that meets the 12 hour mark for volunteering is awarded a Volunteer Shining Star certificate that is awarded at the annual State of the Company meetings.
